Will graduated from undergrad and moved to Cincinnati in 2018. He worked for a nonprofit before and during law school working with youth defendants and their families, helping them navigate the youth criminal legal system. During law school Will participated in Moot Court and was granted admission to the Order of Barristers. He was a Law Clerk at Pinales Stachler and interned at the Hamilton County Public Defender office before joining the office full time in January 2025.
