Victoria Link graduated Cum Laude from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in May 2020. She was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2021. While working on her Bachelor’s degree in English at Xavier University, Victoria worked as a writing tutor and as a tutor for children enrolled in the Ohio Autism Scholarship program. In law school, Victoria clerked for the prestigious civil rights firm Gerhardstein & Branch. She also had internships at the Children’s Law Center in Covington, KY and the Northern Kentucky University Title IX Office. Victoria also served as a research assistant for Professor Jennifer Kreder, assisting with projects about Nazi-looted artwork. In her final year of law school, Victoria was selected to participate in the Constitutional Litigation Clinic at the Ohio Justice and Policy Center, where she used a limited license to represent incarcerated individuals bringing civil rights claims in federal court. Victoria joined the Guardian Ad Litem division in October 2020.
