Serve as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for children who are the subjects of Dependency Court complaints alleging abuse, neglect and/or dependency. Advocate for children in dependency, delinquency, probate, and criminal hearings. Participate in all phases of dependency litigation including trials, review, and in-camera hearings. Serve as a parent surrogate for children who need or receive special education services.
Experience:
I worked for HCJFS as a Children Services caseworker for 15 years.
Education:
I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology.
