Ms. Cutler is a graduate of the Chase College of Law. She was admitted to practice in Ohio the same year. Prior to joining the Juvenile Division of the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office, she maintained a private practice with an emphasis on indigent criminal defense. She is also a former planning director for Deerfield Township. Additionally, she is a current adjunct assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati and is an award-winning former instructor for Beckfield College. Ms. Cutler has represented children who have faced charges ranging from truancy to homicide. She has tried hundreds of cases, represented on dozens of sexual offender classifications, and is one of a small number of attorneys who have represented on serious youthful offender cases in Hamilton County. She has also been a panel member on Continuing Legal Education programming and has presented at community meetings.
