Ms. Langford serves as a court appointed guardian ad litem for children who are the subjects of Dependent Court complaints alleging abuse, neglect, and/or dependency. Morgan is qualified under Rule 48 of the Ohio Supreme Court’s Rules of Superintendence to serve as a parent surrogate for children on her caseload receiving special education services. Above all else, it is Ms. Langford’s duty to represent a child’s best interest in court and ensure their safety and well-being.
Experience:
Prior to joining the Public Defender’s office, Ms. Langford worked at Hamilton County Job & Family Services for 3.5 years. While at HCJFS, she held roles of Ongoing Caseworker, Permanency Caseworker, and Safety Culture Coordinator.
