Municipal Trial Counsel

Molly Tolbert is a trial attorney dedicated to criminal defense work. Before joining the Hamilton County Public Defender's Office, Molly worked in private practice representing clients charged in criminal cases in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels. She also has experience drafting detailed motions and briefs, reviewing and analyzing voluminous case files, and analyzing complex legal issues.
