Liam Dowling graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2025. While in law school, he worked as a Litigation Fellow for the Ohio Innocence Project and interned with the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to law school, Liam graduated from Utah Valley University in 2021 with a degree in Political Science.
