Felony Trial Counsel

Ms. Leggett is a member of the University of Cincinnati College of Law class of 2015. While attending the College of Law, Kelly was a member of the trial practice team and competed in numerous trial advocacy competitions. Kelly practiced under a limited license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with the Department of Public Advocacy’s Covington Office, and in the State of Ohio with the Clermont County Public Defender’s office. Kelly joined the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office in August of 2016.
