Ms. Strudthoff is a 2010 graduate of the Univiersity of Cincinnati, College of Law, she was admitted to practice in the State of Ohio in 2011. While at the University of Cincinnati Ms. Strudthoff was a fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project. Specifically Ms. Strudthoff reviewed felony cases (ranging from Breaking and Entering to Aggravated Murder) to determine whether new evidence, mostly DNA evidence, existed that could help exonerate those convicted. During her time with the Ohio Innocence Project she also worked as an advocate to help gain support for Senate Bill 77 eventually resulting in its passage. Senate Bill 77 laid out reforms for law enforcement in methods of witness identification and investigation, most specifically interrogation. Ms. Strudthoff has been a trial attorney with the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office since October 2011.
