Municipal Trial Counsel

Mr. Barber is a 1994 graduate of the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. He was admitted to practice in Ohio that same year. He has represented adults and juveniles charged with crimes in all phases of prosecution from pre-indictment to appeals. This included representing people charged with everything from as minor as littering to murder. Mr. Barber maintained a private practice in Lebanon, Ohio before joining the Law Office of the Hamilton County Public Defender in February 2013.
