Municipal Trial Counsel

Charlie Powers is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Miami University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in political science. Following graduation, Charlie worked as an assistant for a County Commissioner in Montgomery County, Ohio, where he was heavily involved with their Office of Re-Entry. Shortly after, Charlie attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, Charlie served as a litigation fellow for the Ohio Innocence Project, served on the executive team for the Moot Court Honor Board, wrote for the Immigration and Human Rights Law Review, and worked as a law clerk at Arenstein & Gallagher. Following graduation from law school, Charlie worked as an attorney at Flanagan, Lieberman & Rambo practicing criminal and civil litigation.
