Jamal earned his J.D from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in May 2021. During law school, he was a fellow for the Ohio Innocence Project where he represented wrongly convicted clients in post-conviction proceedings. Jamal has previously interned at the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office. He was a summer intern in 2020, and he was admitted into the Indigent Defense Clinic as a limited license intern in 2021.
