Angela Chang Speaks At Santa Maria Community Services About “Knowing Your Rights”

 Angela Chang, an esteemed advocate for youth empowerment, has led the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office to launch the groundbreaking “Knowing Your Rights” campaign. This initiative aims to educate young people and parents on the importance of understanding their legal rights, the potential negative impacts of background checks, and the support available through 504 Plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
