Ms. Ragland received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati in 2011. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Ragland participated in the Summer Work Experience in Law Program (SWEL) as an intern with the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor’s Office and District Court Judge Sandra S. Beckwith.
Ms. Ragland is also a 2015 graduate of the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. She was admitted to practice in Ohio that same year.
During law school, Ms. Ragland served as a Staff Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. She also mediated disputes in Franklin County Municipal Court.
Ms. Ragland joined the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office Municipal Division in March 2016.
