Mr. Montgomery is a 2015 graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He was admitted to practice in Ohio in 2015. Also he was admitted to practice in Kentucky in 2016.
While in law school, Mr. Montgomery served in multiple organizations, as well as a member of the Chase National Trial Team. He held his limited license in Kentucky working primarily with individuals charged with felonies. Additionally, he held a limited license in Ohio working with the Clermont County Public Defender Office representing individuals charged with misdemeanor offenses.
Upon being admitted to practice in Ohio, Mr. Montgomery worked in private practice for a brief period of time.
Mr. Montgomery has been with Hamilton County Public Defender office since March 2016.
