Ms. Maley received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice at Northern Kentucky University in 2009. She received various academic scholarships which assisted her in achieving her degrees in higher education.
Ms. Maley is a 2012 graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She was admitted to practice in Ohio that same year.
Prior to graduation she used a limited license to practice as a legal intern at Ohio Justice and Policy Center where she represented prisoners and former offenders in Civil Rights Litigation.
She also spent time with Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati as a volunteer in the Family Law Clinic.
She has also been active in many community and social organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and Big Brother Big Sister of Northern Kentucky.
Ms. Maley is a Vice President of the Cincinnati Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a member of the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati. She is also apart of a bond reform group that is actively working towards bail reform in Ohio.
