Ms. Detisch is a 2015 graduate of the University of Georgia College of Law. She was admitted to practice in Ohio that same year.
She spent time working at Legal Aid of Southwest Ohio and a summer interning with the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office before officially joining the staff. During her time in law school, Amy worked with the Public Defender’s Office for the Western Judicial Circuit of Georgia as well as several other public interest law clinics. She was extensively involved in community service based extracurricular activities.
During her time with the Hamilton County Office, Amy has represented clients on multiple charges including theft, domestic violence, resisting arrest, menacing, disorderly conduct, possession of drug abuse instruments, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, criminal damaging and assault.
